- other ssl backends for svc are unused, maybe remove later
* To be fair, our CI never used them anyways. And we never tested those

Closes#3125
Adds buttons to the addons page that imports a mod (or mods) from zip or folder.
Currently known to work with mods that provide proper romfs/exefs things, unsure about cheats and such. Also works on mods that just stuff things into the root of the zip.
TODO:
- [ ] test folder more thoroughly
- [ ] cheats
- [ ] test all sorts of mod pack types

Rather than having that hardcoded one like before. Also adds
infrastructure which should make it easier to setup defaults at runtime

This pulls eden releases changelog & text from our github releases.
We don't store the msgpack file but rather generate them in-memory for the News Applet.
Uses cache folder. Files generated are:
- cache/news/github_releases.json
- cache/news/eden_logo.jpg
- cache/news/news_read
Additional changes:
- Proper TLV returning for online web applet, to open external URL
- Add applet type `LHub` to properly close, as it also uses TLV return
- qlaunch app sorting, adds another cached .json to track last launched app timestamps and sort them accordingly

So firstly, playtime code is moved to src/common and qt specific code to yuzu/utils.cpp.
The dependency on ProfileManager was removed because it was working properly on Android, and I think a shared playtime is better behavior.
Now, playtime is stored in a file called "playtime.bin".
JNI code is from Azahar although modified by me, as well as that I added code to reset the game's playtime which was missing for some reason on there.
Before this gets merged, I plan to add the ability to manually edit the database as well.
Note: Code still needs a bit of cleanup.

This adds a "Data Manager" dialog to the Tools menu. The Data Manager allows for the following operations:
- Open w/ system file manager
- Clear
- Export
- Import
On any of the following directories:
- Save (w/ profile selector)
- UserNAND
- SysNAND
- Mods
- Shaders
TODO for the future:
- "Cleanup" for each directory
- TitleID -> Game name--let users clean data for a specific game if applicable

Extracts some firmware version/verification functions into
`frontend_common` to reduce duplicate code, especially for the new QML
frontend.
Additionally adds a check for games that are known to require firmware
(e.g. MK8DX) and warns the user if they don't have firmware installed
and attempt to run the game.
Firmware installation is to be in a separate PR.

Replaces every way of handling config for each frontend with SimpleIni. frontend_common's Config class is at the center where it saves and loads all of the cross-platform settings and provides a set of pure virtual functions for platform specific settings.
As a result of making config handling platform specific, several parts had to be moved to each platform's own config class or to other parts. Default keys were put in platform specific config classes and translatable strings for Qt were moved to shared_translation. Default hotkeys, default_theme, window geometry, and qt metatypes were moved to uisettings. Additionally, to reduce dependence on Qt, QStrings were converted to std::strings where applicable.
